With over 30 years in the insurance and investment profession, Mark Reddington has gained the invaluable knowledge that can only come from experience. Mark's practice focuses on high net-worth individuals in the areas of investment analysis and estate planning. He has substantial experience in asset allocation modeling using risk/reward profiling and Frontier Analytics. These techniques allow him to ascertain efficient portfolio structure and appropriate money managers for clients' investment portfolios. In addition to helping his clients build their net worth, Mark assists in wealth preservation and transfer. Working with clients legal and tax advisors, and utilizing estate planning techniques such as Generation Skipping Transfers, Insurance-Based Leverage Gifting and planned Charitable Giving Programs, Mark helps clients insure the integrity of their estate after death.

Mark also works with the business owners to fund their Buy-Sell Agreements and Key-Person Insurance; as well as in the design and funding of Executive Benefits Programs such as Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Corporate Split-Dollar Insurance and Executive Carve-Out plans. He is knowledgeable in all areas of Employee Benefits including Group Healthcare, Group Life Insurance, and Disability Income Insurance, as well as Pension, 401(k) and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans, carriers and creative product design.
